About this Event

Get ready to explore, discover, and make a difference at the Halton Nature Watch Citizen Science Day!

As part of Halton Nature Watch 2026: Year of the Invertebrate, we are thrilled to bring you this exciting project in collaboration with Hazlehurst Studios, Animal Teach, and HBC’s Ecologist Siobhan Royle.

During this hands-on day, you will learn how to spot, identify, and record our amazing local wildlife. We also have a fantastic lineup of special guests and other friends joining us throughout the day to share their passion for nature! It’s a wonderful opportunity to take part in practical, curiosity-led activities that help our local nature thrive while connecting with your community.

While you are here, you can also learn about our full calendar of incredible, free nature events running throughout the year, including our upcoming festivals and Snap & Social guided walks.

Drop-in format

This is a completely family-friendly day with no rigid schedule. It is entirely free to attend, and you can join us for just an hour or stay for the whole day! Secure your free ticket here to let us know you're coming and to get event updates.
