The objectives of this workshop are:

• To better understand the range of experiences of loss and grief and reflect on our current knowledge, skills, attitudes and levels ofconfidence in the support of others.​

• To introduce some key theories of loss and griefand develop competency in understanding their application.​

• To practise skills in helping those in the cycle ofloss and grief.​

• Identify practical strategies for improving or maintaining our own wellbeing.
