Attractive Minds is opening in Middlesbrough this May.To welcome the space, the first sessions will begin with a small group opening soundbath. A quiet evening designed to help you slow down, switch off and properly rest.
You will simply lie comfortably while gentle sound vibrations from crystal bowls and grounding instruments guide the body into deep relaxation.
No experience needed.
