Under the Harvest Moon: An Evening of Cacao, Yin Yoga and Sound
About this Event
As we transition into fall, we’re invited to slow down, reflect on what we’ve cultivated throughout the year, and let go of what no longer serves us. 🍂🌕
Join us under the full harvest moon for an evening of intentional connection, rest, and reflection.
We’ll begin with a cacao ceremony followed by a grounding yin yoga practice led by Rebekah of Anchored Mind. From there, you’ll be invited to settle into stillness for a sound bath with Evan of Passion Heart.
We’ll close the evening by sharing warm dahl together and connecting in community, with space for meaningful conversation and reflection.
The evening includes:
- Ceremonial cacao
- Guided meditation + reflection
- Yin Yoga
- Sound bath
- Nourishing bowl of dahl
- Community connection
No previous yoga experience is needed. Come as you are and give yourself an evening to relax, nourish yourself, and welcome a new season.

Rebekah is a certified yoga and meditation teacher and wellness educator with a background in public health and psychology (MSc, MPH). Through Anchored Mind, she creates spaces for mindfulness, movement, self-discovery, and building community.

Evan is a sound bath facilitator and creator of Passion Heart, offering immersive experiences designed to help people slow down, reconnect with themselves, and move out of the mind and into the heart. Blending crystal singing bowls, handpan, and other instruments, he creates spaces for deep rest, reflection, and meaningful connection.
