a chakra sound journey + Light Language activation to meet yourself exactly where you are - messy, tender, embodied, human.

This is a journey about presence, not perfection.
It is a moment of pause to give yourself permission to show up in all the ways & all the feels that come with being human.
Through 8 gatherings, we will journey through the 7 Foundational Chakras, beginning with the Root, anchoring into the safety of our wildness, and moving inward to the Heart, where we are connected and capable. The final gathering is an integration, an embodiment of the 7 frequencies that make up this chakra form.
Each gathering is intuitively led by Hraefn and her etheric collaborators - The Seven Sisters and The Void - as a container for you to breathe deep and allow the pieces you've been hiding to come forth, to be felt, to be welcomed.
Each gathering is a stand alone event. Come to one, some, or all. What is your heart asking for? Lean into that.

Through the use of Light Language, guided oracle meditation, 2-Touch energy work, and sound tools your path is illuminated for you to return to you Infinite Soul (aka the honest expression of You & your Fundamental Self).
There will be a focal chakra and a corresponding plant spirit (non-entheogenic) for each gathering. The plant spirit could come join us in the form of tea, tincture, or as a Vibrational Elixir. Taking the plant spirit internally is optional for each person during the in-person gatherings.

Doors open at 645p to come and create your cocoon space.
At 655p the main doors will be locked to seal the container, allow for people to settle in, and so we can begin just after 7p. Once the gathering has begun, no one will be allowed to enter.

Cocoon spaces will be first come, first serve and are a combination of zero-gravity chairs and floor spaces. Please bring all you need to get cozy and be comfortable. More information about what to bring is below.
Yoga mats and anti-gravity chairs are provided.
All spaces are first come, first serve.
***Please bring all that you need to get cozy***
- During gatherings we will be journeying with the plant medicine as a tincture, glycerite, or tea form. As each gathering is different, please come prepared with a reuseable cup/vessel to receive the offering during journeys with tea.
- a blanket or something else to get snuggsed into as your body temperature may fluctuate during the journey.
- a pillow to rest your head upon
- Yoga mats and a few anti-gravity chairs are provided. If you need more cushioning on the floor, please bring what you need. The anti-gravity chairs are first come, first serve.
- something for the altar to be bathed with the frequencies. You take the charged item home with you.
- A journal / other mode of recording is a great way to make note of anything that comes up after the session.
- Bring jars/containers of water to be charged up during the Activation and that you can take with you after the gathering. When drank in the days to follow, this water will allow the medicine to circulate to an even deeper cellular space, prolonging the healing vibrations.
