The University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine is excited for another year of the Hoof N Woof 5k! ALL PROCEEDS support Ruff Start Rescue, a non-profit organization dedicated to saving the lives of animals in need. They strive for a world where every companion animal has a safe and loving home and their family has the knowledge and resources needed to give them the life they deserve. Please join us in supporting an incredible cause and make a difference in the community!
The race will start at 9:30 am on Saturday, April 5th, 2025, right outside the University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine building on Fitch Avenue on the St. Paul campus. Runners and walkers of all ages and abilities are encouraged to participate, and leashed/vaccinated dogs are more than welcome! We hope you'll hang around after to visit booths from our wonderful sponsors and local pet businesses. Be sure to stay for our award ceremony that will take place for the runners and their furry companions as well. Parking is available in the Gortner Avenue Parking Garage.
Registration for the race is $30, and includes a goodie bag and a free food ticket you can exchange for a bagel and coffee (limit 1 per person)! In addition, every participant will receive a FREE t-shirt! Packet pick-up will start at 8:15am on race day, Saturday, April 5th. There is no same day registration option.
