About this Event
Learn to cook like a Grandma with Grandma's Dumplings. Discover the traditional varenyky recipes from Western Ukraine. Your tastebuds will be reminded of what home feels like.
No skills required, you will be able to recreate these recipes for any future family and friends gathering. Leave your guests in awe.
We will make dumplings with 2 fillings: potatoes & mushrooms and beef, garlic, onion & dill. You will learn to make and shape the dough, make the filling and shape pretty dumplings.
We provide all the necessary tools, ingredients, nylon gloves and later, sour cream, vegan mushroom sauce, kraft plates and cutlery for tasting your freshly made delicious dumplings.
There will be dumplings tasting on the spot and you can take the rest of your freshly made dumplings home. One person can expect to make around 20 dumplings with each kind of filling.
Please feel free to bring your own container to take the dumplings home.
One beer is included in your ticket. Because beer & dumplings taste excellent together!
