This is a breath-based mindful flow that will be lit with the ambiance of candlelight. Our practice will offer a slowness that is both contemplative and meditative by infusing a rich blend of dynamic movement and static holds that invite a gentle stillness of the body and mind. We will delight in a sound bath of singing bowls as we rest and restore before bed. Luxurious offerings of hands-on assists in the form of gentle touch are offered throughout class, and participation in touch is entirely optional.
