What You Will Learn:
• Yoga Postures (Asanas): You will move through a series of flowing and soothing postures to foster a sense of stability and calm, ground your energy, and release tension and stress.
• Breath Work (Pranayama): You will practice breathing techniques that regulate the nervous system, guide energy (prana) throughout the body, and invite a sense of calm to the mind.
• Meditation, Mantra, and Mindfulness: Guided practices to cultivate present-moment awareness, reduce anxious thinking patterns, and foster a sense of inner peace.
• Philosophical Insights: An exploration of yoga philosophy and how its principles can provide a deeper understanding of self and tools for coping with anxiety symptoms.
