By Purchasing This Ticket, I acknowledge that i will respect my bodies limitations and will rest before continuing in twerkshop if i feel any pain or discomfort. I acknowledge that participation in Twerkshop classes exposes me to a possible risk of personal injuiry. I am fully aware of the risk. I herby consent to recieve mediacal treatment that may be deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident or illness during any twerkshop class. I affrim that i am responsible to decide whether to participate in Twerkshop. My acknowledgement verifies that i am physically fit to particpate in Twerkshop. By purchasing this ticket, this acknowledges i shall not now or at any time in the future bring legal action against , GOHYPEFIT or BYOC and this waiver is binding on me, my heirs, my spouse, my children, my legal represenatives, my succcessor and my assigns.
