Get Ready to Shake It!
Join my TWERK FITNESS CLASS and let loose while getting fit. This in-person session is all about having fun, moving your body, and boosting your confidence. No experience is needed, as this is a beginner twerk fitness class. Just bring your energy, a pair of shorts or joggers, and a smile!
From icebreakers that get you comfortable with the instructor and everyone involved
to stretches that loosen up your hips and work on your mobility and flexibility
kicking straight into a dance routine that puts Shakira to shame, you name it, I've got it covered.
We will be covering a plethora of booty popping moves while moving to a selection of hypnotising genres from Bashment to Dancehall , Reggaeton, New Orleans bounce and many more!!
