THIS CLASS WILL BE HELD AT THE VELVETEEN COCKTAIL LOUNGE IN LAKE MILLS.Parking on and off the road. Drinks will be available for purchase during the class. Food will be available for purchase after 5.
NEW: Cost includes all the materials to make this project, including ONE felting needle. This felting needle is yours to take home. If you happen to break a needle during class, additional needles can be purchased for $1.75 (+tax) at the time of the class.
In all of my classes, you get to choose the colors you'd like to use (I have LOTS to choose from!)
Age recommendations are just that, recommendations.
When it comes to art, it is hard to set an age limit, but please keep in mind that we are working with sharp needles and classes
vary in time (2-3.5 hours on average)...sometimes more, sometimes less, and we are poking the whole time.
Hand eye coordination is also a must...unless you enjoy stabbing yourself.
Please note: class times are APPROXIMATE. Everyone pokes at a different pace.
For newer classes, class time is just my best guess. Most the time I'm pretty spot on, sometimes I'm a bit off. I do my best to estimate correctly, but without teaching the class to others, I can only guess how long it will take.
WHAT IS NEEDLE FELTING?
Needle felting is the art of sculpting wool by stabbing it, repeatedly, with a barbed needle.
It is a VERY forgiving craft, making it perfect for almost everyone!
