BEER & YOGA most Wednesdays* upstairs at The Fharmacy Public House!
Our RYT-200 yoga instructors, Andrea McHenry and Lindsey Schaub, would like to encourage you to breathe and nurture yourself — something that goes along with both beer and yoga! Stretch your body, sooth your mind and refuel your spirit with them!
DETAILS: Yoga enthusiasts of all levels and abilities are welcome. Classes include a 1-hour yoga session and a drink token good for the beverage of your choice (use your token immediately or at another time). Participants under 21 are welcome but must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
REGISTRATION: Yoga Class + Beer Token = $20 online including tax and processing fees. We are also looking for a *minimum of 3 registered for class by 4 pm each Wednesday; if we don't have 3 we may cancel. So, if you're planning to come, please sign up ahead of time!
TIMES: Class starts promptly at 6:30 PM. Please arrive by 6:20 to get checked in, grab a beer and set up.
WHAT TO BRING: a yoga mat, water bottle, towel, and a thirst for relaxation through stretching and sipping.
