TVLA YOGA x TRINE HEALING: Full Moon Yoga Flow & Healing Sound Bath

BLACK LAB SPORTS IS HOSTING TVLA YOGA FOUNDER JANELLE HOLTER x TRINE HEALING FOUNDERS AMY + BRIAN LYNN FOR AN IMMERSIVE EVENT THAT WILL INCLUDE AN "ALL LEVELS" YOGA CLASS, GUIDED BREATHWORK, AND CLOSING WITH A HEALING SOUND BATH TO SET THE VIBES ON THE FULL MOON EVENING!

Join us for a grounding full moon event on the turf at , Frontier Avenue, Boulder, CO, USA.

Janelle Holter, Founder of , will be leading an "all levels" yoga class paired with a guided breathwork session to leave you feeling refreshed and relaxed.

Brian and Amy Lynn, Founders of , will be closing class with a symphony of soothing sounds ranging from harmonic singing bowls to ocean wave drums.

This event is intentionally curated to leave you feeling balanced headed into your Fall season plans. Whether you're a wellness enthusiast, music lover, or both - this evening will be an unforgettable fusion of breath, movement, and sound.

• As someone who doesn’t “idle well” – you’ll find Janelle: doing yoga, hiking around the mountains with her doggo Luminous Flux, snowboarding tree runs in the Rocky Mountains, lifting weights with her personal training clients, and getting humbled bouldering or climbing (follow on instagram @tvla_yoga)! She started her yoga journey in 2010 because it was the perfect counterpart to any fitness training program; which then led to 13+ certifications (including an Ayurvedica Health Certfication with Deepak Chopra), leading a handful of international yoga retreats, facilitation of 30+ Yoga Alliance teacher trainings, teaching at Northern Nights Musica Festival, and the creation of her own yoga company TVLA YOGA LLC (www.tvlashop.com)!
• Her sequencing style is a hybrid of her many certifications from calming restorative shapes, energetic power vinyasa flows, rhythmic core work, and personal training posture breakdowns. Curating an alignment driven foundation to prevent injury is her top priority and she builds intentional layers into her classes with opportunities to “up-level” movements - perfect for all levels. Dedicated to supporting your well-being on and off the mat, Janelle will make sure your invested time on the mat reconnects you to your breath and leaves you feeling balanced.

• Brian’s lifelong passion for music and rhythm is the foundation for his singing bowl sound baths. With 43 years of experience as a drummer across genres from folk to doom metal, Brian has evolved his sound to mix deep resonant vibrations, healing tones, and relaxing Reiki frequencies to resonate within you to a deep state of inner peace. You will experience his unique and intuitive blend of deep gong resonance, ocean waves and chakra-attuned singing bowls during a 6 minute "sound bath savasana" at this event.
• You can find Brian’s healing sound baths weekly on Wednesday and Saturday evenings at 7:00pm MST at Trine, the newest holistic healing center in Lafayette, CO (www.trine-healing.com )

• WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
• Bring your yoga mat, water, and comfortable clothing that allows for movement
• If you forget a mat, there are a few extras there and some yoga blocks too!
• We recommend bringing a comfy sweatshirt or blanket to wrap up in for the sound bath portion of class.
• Doors will be open 15 minutes before the beginning of the event
• This is an 18+ yrs event, sorry no kiddos / young adults will be admitted
• What if I'm new to yoga? This event is for all levels and abilities!
