Throughout these classes, we will delve into re-organizing traumatic memories and internal systems for individuals experiencing DID and CPTSD. Participants will acquire strategies for engaging with multiple system parts simultaneously, establishing containment to prevent flooding, and balancing resourcing with processing. We will also explore hierarchical selection of core organizers in processing, the relational nature of memory, fractionation, and distinctly addressing attachment trauma and shock trauma.
