Our next Transmission Meditation Workshop will be on Saturday 21st September, 3.30-5.30pm, at Primrose Hill Community Library.
Transmission Meditation is a group meditation that is both a service to the world and a powerful aid to personal development.
It was introduced by Benjamin Creme, founder of Share International, in 1974, and is now practised worldwide. It is easy to do and can be practised alongside other meditations.
We will begin the session with a short introduction to Transmission Meditation, followed by a video and questions and answers. We end the session by offering participants the opportunity to take part in a Meditation.
All welcome, whether or not you are experienced at meditating.
Free entry, cold refreshments provided.
