Looking for a welcoming spot to connect and get support? Join us at the Transition Homeless Project Community Drop-in Service! It’s an in-person gathering every 1st Thursday of the month where you can meet friendly faces, access helpful resources, and feel part of the community.

Housing, budgeting, and careers workshops plus assistance filling forms.

We do prefer you sign up – but you can just drop in anytime and make yourself at home. We’re here to support you every step of the way!

Free food and refreshments will be available.

For individuals experiencing poverty, at risk of homelessness, homeless or rough sleeping.
