Gardening as a Tool for Wellbeing

The session will start with decorating your own plant pot before getting hands-on with learning how to grow herbs from scratch. Whether you have a garden, a window, or have never grown anything before, this workshop is designed to be accessible to everyone.

We'll be working in the Castlehaven Horticulture Hub, exploring how growing your own plants can be a meaningful tool for wellbeing and how a simple habit like tending to a herb at home can have a real impact on how you feel day to day.

You'll leave with your own potted herb and the confidence to keep it growing. The session rounds off with a shared lunch to relax, connect with others, and reflect on the afternoon.
