Welcome to our Mums & Bumps Pop-Up Walk at Brockwell Park — a relaxed and friendly meet-up designed for mums, mums-to-be and little ones to connect, move and unwind together.

Whether you’re looking to meet local mums, get some fresh air, enjoy gentle movement or simply have a chat with others who understand the motherhood journey, this walk is the perfect opportunity to build community in a welcoming and supportive space.

We’ll take a comfortable stroll through beautiful Brockwell Park at a pace suitable for buggies, babies and bumps, with plenty of time to socialise along the way. No fitness level is needed — this is all about connection, wellbeing and getting out together.
