Transformative Somatic Breathwork Journey

Discover the transformative practice of rhythmic Somatic Breathwork in this 90 minute workshop. Somatic breathwork is a therapeutic practice centered on intentional control and awareness of the breath to enhance overall well-being. When doing somatic breath work, conscious breathing becomes a tool for connecting the body and mind to access and process sensations and emotions held in the body. If you are looking to connect more deeply within yourself and reset your nervous system, this is the journey for you.

Together, in community, we will use the power of conscious breath to align with our deepest truths, reconnect to the wisdom of our bodies, deepen our intuition, and create more depth and beauty in our lives.

Please bring water and wear layers. Blankets, mats and pillows will be provided, but you are welcome to bring anything that will help support you during this practice.
