- Explore + OWN your personal experiences vs those of our external conditioning

- Discover, challenge and evolve the stories you've created, internally held beliefs, and identities you've formed.

Together we will practice:

- Embodied techniques to FEEL your inner truth

- Movement, expressive arts + ceremony as somatic processing of each phase of the Ritual.

- Journaling for self-inquiry

- Creating and holding sacred space

- Sharing collectively + in small groups
