NYC Mommies Club

We're collaborating with The Mothership! join us in a series of in-person support group sessions which focus on centering the birthing person and their growing / changing needs on their postpartum and parenthood journey. Each session will incorporate Maternal Zumba and a wellness topic. All sessions we encourage bonding activities between mom and baby, if you are expecting come and find your village.
