About this Event

Join us in parent workshops, baby sensory exploration with story time, open discussions on mental health and more activities for the wellness of mothers and their families. Our space is free for baby/toddler socialization or to mingle with other caregivers. Program participants are able to use the available baby gear and toys. No registration require but encourage unless stated. Sessions can be open hour or caregiver workshops, see the schedule below.

The Harlem Family Wellness Suite has a Lactation Room for nursing moms and a baby changing station.
