Registration will be live within the CHY app by November!Ease into the weekend with a sense of tranquility under an imitation of the night sky* with the sweet combination of yoga and acupuncture. Join Becca Howe, RYT-200, and Dr. Samantha Burris, DAc, L.Ac, for their popular yoga and acupuncture class to restore harmony and balance within the nervous system and help you drift off into a restful night’s sleep once you arrive home.
Much like their popular quarterly Seasonal Revive class, this class will start with yoga and end with an acupuncture treatment. However, this class will focus more on tranquility and feature more yin yoga and acupoints to promote calmness.
Class will begin with Becca guiding you through a slow and brief warmup of the spine before moving into various restorative postures using blankets, blocks, and bolsters. After the yoga portion of the class is complete, you will be guided into a deep relaxation in a reclined position where Samantha will place acupuncture needles into acupoints meant for relaxation. After 20-25 minutes, your needles will be removed, and Becca will guide you into an easy seat, where we will conclude our practice together with light breathwork and meditation.
This class is the perfect opportunity to try acupuncture and/or yoga for the first time. It is also a cost-effective way to experience both options if you are in a tight financial situation but still wish to experience the benefits of yoga and acupuncture and invest in your wellness.

Price for the session is $55 for CHY members and $60 for non-members. Class passes cannot be used. Space is intentionally limited to 12; Registration is required; no walk-ins; Download the Crystal Heart Yoga (CHY) app to learn more and register; you must reserve your spot and pay ahead of time within the CHY app under "Events". Past participants welcome. Each attendee must sign an informed consent & advisory to consult a physician form before the session. No experience with yoga or acupuncture is required. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to allow time for parking. Spots will set up for you but you are welcome to use your own mat if you prefer.
*3-5 star projectors plugged into the wall will be used to imitate the night sky within the yoga studio
