Need to calm down? Shake it off? Longing for an enchanted evening? We got you! Join Becca Howe, RYT-200, and Crystal Heart Yoga on Friday, September 27 at 7 p.m. for an all-levels 75-minute yoga flow featuring a playlist with Taylor Swift songs followed by light refreshments, connecting with other tswift fans, and making friendship bracelets (IYKYK).
We encourage you to wear a comfortable era-inspired outfit that you can move freely/safely in and are okay potentially sweating in while practicing yoga (even if it’s just a color that corresponds with your favorite era)!
25 spots available. Class is intended for adults 18+. However, minors between the ages of 16 and 17 are welcome to attend with an adult participating in the yoga class. All minors must have a parent/guardian sign an informed consent form. Explicit versions of songs may be played during the class. All participants must sign up and pay ahead of time; no drop-ins.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes ahead of time to park, check in at the door to verify your name and registration, and set up your spot. You will need to bring a yoga mat to practice on. Other various props, such as blocks, are available at the studio.
All bags and purses must be left in your car or the cubbies at the entrance; no bags are allowed within the studio. Other personal belongings such as keys and cell phones can be left in the cubbies when you arrive. The studio will remain locked for the duration of the event.
To register, please download the Crystal Heart Yoga (CHY) app and reserve your spot under ‘Events'. Price for the class is $30 for CHY members (use code SWIFT24), $35 for nonmembers, and $25 for minors 16-17 (use code TAYS24).
