Registration will be live within the CHY app by the end of December/early January! Join Becca Howe, RYT-200, and Samantha Burris, L.Ac, for a restorative yoga flow featuring an acupuncture treatment to reset your system this season. This relaxing and replenishing experience will begin with Becca guiding you through a slow yoga flow, moving in and out of restorative postures using blankets, blocks and bolsters, followed by a deep relaxation, where Samantha will place acupuncture needles into acupoints in your ears, forehead, ankles, and wrists. After 20 minutes of your deep acupuncture treatment relaxation, your needles will be removed, and Becca will guide you into an easy seat, where we will conclude our practice together with light breathwork and meditation to complete the replenishment of the mind, body, and soul.
Price for the entire class is $55 for Crystal Heart Yoga (CHY) members, and $60 for non-members. Class passes cannot be used. Space is limited to 10 participants; please register ahead of time within the Crystal Heart Yoga app under "Events". Each attendee will need to sign an informed consent & advisory to consult a physician form prior to the session.
No experience with yoga or acupuncture is required.
