This course begins Thursday 20th June evening and continues Saturday morning through to Sunday evening.
In it you will be introduced to your ability to consciously feel yourself as an energetic being within your body. From this you will learn how to work your energy field through posture, awareness, feeling and breath. This has profound health benefits physically, emotionally mentally and spiritually. From here our enquiries into our nature logically leads us to our spiritual nature, that is, our soul centre which is outside our bodies, above our mind centre. Using conscious feeling, breath and sound we will explore our individual capacity to release heavy and diseased energies from our energy grid and our bodies. Fee €500.
