Touch for Health (TFH) Level 2 Training (3hrs per week for 6 weeks)

Touch for Health (TFH) is the most popular form of Kinesiology (muscle response testing) in the world. Right from the start you will learn various pain relief techniques so that you can go home and do something positive.

This is a holistic approach which brings into balance the Mental/Emotional, Structural and Biochemical aspects of our being to help our bodies and lives work better for us.

The training is modular so you can attend just one level or continue all the way to professional status.

TFH can be learned by anyone from the complete novice with no experience to those looking to become practitioners or enhance existing practices. Some students chose to complete one or two levels. Many others continue to professional level and beyond.

Classes are certificated by the International Kinesiology College and recognised by the Kinesiology Federation.

NOTE : Pre-requisite for attending this level 2 course is completion of level 1.

Energetic Patterns

Builds on Level 1 and focusses on how energy moves through the Traditional Chinese Law of the 5 Elements, Meridian Wheel, Yin and Yang and the concept of over and under energy.

Also testing for food sensitivities and releasing emotional stresses for future performance.

This is a 6 week course, running on Tuesday's from 11.30am to 2.45pm. This will give you time to consolidate your knowledge and practice what you have learnt between sessions.

NOTE : This course will not run during school holidays so dates are as follows :

9th Apr; 16th Apr; 23rd Apr; 30th Apr; 7th May; 14th May.

The cost is £225 for the 6 week course (Course materials from level 1 cover levels 1-4 so no additional manuals or workbooks are required. If you need to purchase these again then the cost is £50).

A holding deposit of £50 is required to secure your place with the balance due 1 week before the course starts. Please get in touch if you require an alternative payment plan.

If you know the shop and cafe in Preston on Stour then the studio is next door to that ...heading out of Stratford on the Shipston Road it is the turning on the right about halfway between Stratford and Alderminster by the Alscot Estate. You should see the long brick wall of the Alscot Estate and the turning to Preston is at the end of the brick wall. When you turn into Preston Lane, follow the road for a short way and then over the little bridge and round the bend towards the right. The first thing you will see on the right is the village hall. There is a cut out for village hall parking there and the driveway to the studio is next to the cut out (there is a small wooden sign at the entrance to the driveway)...it is quite a narrow drive but there is parking at the rear and the entrance to the yoga studio where we will be is at the rear. Some people also park on the road as it is not a main road that is a cut through to anywhere so this is fine.

**Important : Please do not use the Village Hall car parking area as this is strictly for village hall events and you are likely to get blocked in**

There is a free car park at the rear of the studio and the entrance to the yoga studio where we will be is also at the rear. It is quite a narrow driveway leading to the carpark so pull out wide before turning in! Some people also park on the road as it is not a main road that is a cut through to anywhere so this is fine.

It starts at 11.30am but I am always there early so do come along earlier to give yourself time to settle in. Most people arrive 10 mins before the start and I will have the kettle on!
