Join Coach Jake Walker at Volta Cafe for Total HIIT: Strength, a 60-minute full-body workout designed to build strength, challenge your muscles and push your limits from start to finish.
Expect a high-energy workout featuring rotating stations, full-body movements and strength-focused intervals that will have you lifting, pressing, pulling and powering through every round. Whether you're looking to build muscle, increase strength or kick off your weekend with a great workout, this class is built to leave you feeling accomplished.
After class, stick around and enjoy a FREE VOLTA Energy Drink. Choose from a Matcha, Coffee or Fresh Energy Drink and recharge for the rest of your weekend.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to check in and get warmed up before class begins.

Important Class Policy
As a new gym, we're working hard to build an amazing fitness community while using our resources wisely. To ensure we can provide the best experience, all Volta Fitness classes require a minimum of 5 RSVPs. If fewer than 5 guests have reserved a spot, the class may be canceled.
If a class is canceled, we'll notify all registered guests as soon as possible.
