About this Event
About the course
Do you find difficult situations can quickly cause you to feel negative, stressed and unhappy? Do you wish you could let go of those painful thoughts and feelings? You can help yourself learn to let go of negative thoughts, unwind and see things in a positive light with meditation.
In this 6-week course you’ll begin to understand the underlying cause of your negative reactions. Using Buddhist meditation techniques, you’ll learn how to identify these unpleasant feelings and apply helpful tools to oppose them. This means you’ll be able to stay calm and relaxed instead of upset and frustrated.
You will discover how to:
- Quickly notice and stop negativity
- Stay calm and let go of things you can’t change
- Use meditation techniques to feel happy and positive
