Experience BIOGENA’s longevity and wellbeing treatments first-hand, combined with guided breathwork led by Kerry Flower.
Join us for an intimate in-store evening at the BIOGENA Store & Longevity Lab in London. With only 12 spaces available, the event offers a rare opportunity to slow down, reset and explore technologies designed to support recovery, performance, healthy ageing and overall wellbeing.
Kerry Flower, founder of Together We Breathe, will begin the evening with a gentle grounding and guided breathwork session. You will be invited to arrive fully, calm the nervous system and reconnect with your body before discovering how targeted treatments may help you look, feel and perform at your best.
Following the breathwork session, the BIOGENA team will guide you through a selection of treatments available in the Longevity Lab. You will have the opportunity to experience the technologies, ask questions and identify which treatments could be most valuable to add to your personal wellbeing routine.
Each event in the series will explore a different theme, with practical breathwork techniques to support relaxation, focus, stress management and better sleep.
