Todd Bugbee's Dead Roses - Live at the Crazy Horse

You might have noticed that it’s fairly rare these days to book Grateful Dead tribute bands here at the Crazy Horse. Outside of our Third Thursday tradition, Band Beyond Description, it takes a lot for bands to make the cut. When we heard Todd Bugbee's Dead Roses, it was apparent that this is a band doing things differently and giving the music the extra juice it needs to stand out amongst the pack. Led by the Bugbee’s fiery playing and buttery tone, the energy frequently bubbles over the brim. It’s all too tantalizing not to experience this vibe within the hallowed walls of the Crazy Horse where Grateful Dead music always has a way of sounding better.
