The introduction of artificial intelligence (AI) has significantly altered the workforce, leading to concerns about its impact on employees. From a psychological perspective, employees can perceive the introduction of AI as a hindrance that reduces their productivity or an opportunity to learn new knowledge (challenge). This lecture highlights Dr Kim's research study, which focuses on how these opinions would affect their perspectives on work and productivity.
