The evening begins with a whole fish breakdown, offering a behind-the-scenes look at how to select, prep, and elevate top-quality seafood. From there, guests enjoy a main course featuring the chef’s choice of preparation—grilled, fried, or braised—paired with organic jasmine rice and seasonal sides. Each guest is welcomed with a hand-selected glass of wine, with the full bar available throughout the evening, along with Tio Lucho’s dinner menu for those looking to explore more of the restaurant’s Peruvian-inspired offerings.
