This is a women-only, energizing yoga flow blended with wrist weights (provided!) and bodyweight strength moves for a full-body burn. Expect upbeat music, confidence-boosting movement, and all the good vibes. Bring your own mat, and stick around after for an optional post-class hang at No Mas! Cantina - because community is just as important as the sweat! 💖
