About this Event

Join our amazing yoga instructor, Becky, once a month on Thursdays at 7:30 PM for a transformative yoga practice designed to promote balance and spiritual awareness. Please bring your own yoga mat (though we have a few extras available just in case), and we kindly ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes early to complete the sign-in sheet and settle in before class begins. We look forward to sharing this special experience with you!
