Come join us at the Rabbit Hole Wellness for a transformative experience at our monthly Women’s Somatic Circle event! Dive deep into your body’s wisdom through movement, breathwork, mindfulness and respectful touch practices.

Our practice is not towards a goal of attainment in the future; it is a process of melting, of unraveling the wisdom and beauty already inherent in each woman. There is no more powerful place to do that than in a circle of conscious women. It is a place where we can come home to our selves and our own truth and be witnessed in this space.
Women’s Circle is not a therapy or a support group. It is a space where we come to mirror, celebrate and empower each other. A space where we can drop our masks and let the beauty of our authentic face be seen in all its glory and pain, passion and vulnerability. No prior experience required, just an open heart and a willingness to explore.
