BOYCOTT THUNDERDOME - COME TO THUNDER-DON'T INSTEAD!Why boycott?
Thunderdome was acquired by KKR, a private equity firm that is deeply complicit in the illegal settlement of Palestine. Participating in Thunderdome as an artist or as consumer funds further destruction, settler colonialism and unbridled late-stage capitalism.
Don't go to Thunderdome! Convince your friends not to go. Contact your favorite artist that plays Thunderdome and tell them you hope they refrain from taking bookings from KKR-owned events in the future. This is not about purity politics - purity politics kills movements. It's about holding consumers, artists and organizations accountable, and providing an alternative for people who like gabber but do not wish to participate in the further destruction and settlement of Palestinian territories.
