This immersive experience weaves together the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and other therapeutic instruments tuned to resonate with the throat chakra, along with gentle aromatherapy. Carefully chosen essential oils support relaxation, openness, and clear expression, enhancing the sound journey through breath and scent.

As sound frequencies and aromatic notes move through the space, the nervous system is guided into deep relaxation, allowing tension in the neck, jaw, and throat area — as well as energetic blockages around expression — to soften and release.
