Join us for a nurturing Heart Chakra Sound Bath, created to support emotional balance, compassion, and heart-centered awareness. The heart chakra is the energetic bridge between the physical and spiritual body, governing love, empathy, forgiveness, and connection — both with yourself and others.

This immersive experience combines the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments tuned to resonate with the heart chakra, alongside gentle aromatherapy. Carefully selected essential oils are used to support relaxation and emotional opening, enhancing the effects of sound and creating a multi-sensory healing experience.

As sound waves and aromatic notes wash over you, the nervous system is guided into a deeply restful state, allowing emotional tension and energetic blockages to soften and release.
