3) Are you willing to share the vulnerable, authentic truth and not
just the truth you think others want to hear?
4) Are you being honest with yourself in life?
Answers to these questions point to the health of your throat Chakra. We will discuss these questions and talk about how the throat chakra can get blocked or stuck and ways to clear and balance it.
Class and discussion will be followed by a guided meditation created specifically to clear and balance the throat chakra!
Each class in this series, although building upon one another, is complete within itself. Come to all or just the ones that call to you.
