Sound Healing is a holistic practice that uses sound from various musical instruments, along with meditation and intention for clearing stresses, energetic and emotional blocks from a person’s subtle energy system. Using sound and vibration, your body is offered the opportunity to heal itself.In a Personal Sound Healing session, you experience a sound bath created just for you using Himalayan bowls, tuning forks, drums, and other wonderful instruments. These 60 minute sessions in the nurturing environment of The Sanctuary invite you to relax and receive the music medicine as it washes over your body.
Times available for a session are 3pm, 4:30pm, 6:15pm
