The answer to these questions point to the health of your Third Eye Chakra. We will discuss the answer to these questions and talk about how the third eye chakra can get blocked or stuck and how to help clear and balance it.
Class and discussion will be followed by a guided meditation specifically designed to help you clear and balance your third eye chakra!
