Simple pastas with great ingredients, emblematic of Italian cuisine. We will focus on the sauces with quality dried pasta, not making the pasta itself (that’s for another class!).
David is a career chef with decades ofexperience in everything from fine dining to food trucks. He was saucierfor the Parker House Hotel, Executive Chef for the Harborview Dining Room atthe Boston Federal Reserve Bank, Executive Chef for Suffolk Law School, and Chef/Proprietor of Brother Trucker Commissary and the Go Fish truck.
