The Great Outdoor Adventure
THE GREAT OUTDOORS IS CALLING! For all national guard kids let's brave the great outdoors together in this 3 day summer camp. From learning about environmental science to leave no trace to only you can prevent wildfires your kiddos will go where they will feel most alive. Each day will take place at a DIFFERENT location. Please see below for the identified location. We ask that all kiddo's participating wear and bring appropriate clothing for high level of activity to include low to moderate hiking. Let's leaf all our worries behind because adventure awaits.
Please note that if your child is not dressed appropriately for this particular summer camp that it is up to the discretion of the Child and Youth team to deem your child unfit for participation.
Location: Vary based on day
Drop off and pick up will be at the locations specified below
Drop off time: 7:30am
Pick up time: 4pm
Tuesday July 14th: Grafton State Park: Deer Field Pavilion
Wednesday July 15th: Thatcher State Park: Pear Orchard Pavilion
Thursday July 16th: Slingerlands Fire Department
