Immersive art & sound followed by refreshments & talk - esoteric anatomy of yoga- lead by Sue

12.30-2.45 yogasana - Sue
3.30 - 5.30 pranayama & sound -Isabel
7-8.30 OPEN HOUSE event

8.30-9.30 pranayama Sue
10 - 12 yogasana - Sue
12-1pm sound workshop - Isabel

Saturday evening OPEN HOUSE event is free and all are welcome regardless of whether attending the whole weekend or not.
