A day that’s curated with you in mind.
An opening ceremony/introductions followed by some pranayama leading into a rise and shine hatha flow, slow, gentle, warming. Melting into cathartic yin.
Yin and yang meets nidra throughout the day.
An opportunity to make time for movement, rest and reflection, to reconnect with yourself.
To ponder summer days more sun light and warmth.
As always opportunities to deepen our practice learn a little more about the roots of yoga that I practice.
A chance to breathe more deeply, move, dance, sing mantra, smile and be in shared space creating community.
Designed to nourish and restore, reconnect create more balance.
Interlaced of course with Bhakti philosophy; I’ll have just recently come back from a few days in Radhadesh spending time in the temple and celebrating Holi.
Everything is an invitation.

Wear comfortable loose clothing bring layers, maybe a blanket for extra comfort. Mats, bolsters and blocks all provided, yet bring your own if you have them.
