April 24 -26th yoga weekend retreat Come retreat in a beautiful space in the countryside with our own hot tub, surrounded by glorious Hereford countryside and views out to the cows from the farm.
Allow yourself to be looked after to rest and restore. A weekend of yoga , and time to just relax and chill with like minded people.
5 yoga sessions, nourishing food for mind and body.
Healthy chats and time to unwind, do as little or as much as you choose. It’s all an invitation 🙏🏼
Friday afternoon arrival settle in yin yoga, supper, hot tub, star gaze and allow yourself to let go of the stress of normal life.
Saturday morning yoga healthy breakfast hot tub walks chats, or read a book or sleep 💤 your choice.
Lunchtime yang into yin followed by lunch and restful afternoon or maybe an afternoon walk and talk. Maybe a deeper dive into yoga and your own practice.
Time to do nothing, read a book or take a lovely snooze, watch a movie again your choice.
Saturday evening yoga followed by supper, hot tub, movies, chats or sleep 😴
Sunday morning yoga flow breakfast last hot tub and breathe deeply after being held in beautiful space with like minded people.
