We are beyond excited to offer you the 2026 edition of RISE!
A day of connection, community, awareness and love.
It's time to give back to you, to feel your way back to yourself in a supportive, safe and loving environment.
We are offering beautiful yoga sessions, sound healing, breathwork, drumming, dance and more! We offer you the chance to dive into this experience and let go, as much or as little as you feel to.
Take as little or as much as you like and gift yourself the chance to be.
There will be nutritious, healthy food available to buy plus free herbal teas :)
