THE STARLIGHT COMPANY is joining in with the Let’s Dance national campaign to inspire everyone in the UK to embrace dance as a way to improve their health, connect with others, and have fun.
We will be hosting this day with class donations going
to Mind Herefordshire.
Our mission is to get more people dancing together, regardless of age, fitness level, or experience.
The benefits of dance are huge for body and mind.
130PM LINE DANCING - Fun for everyone, easy to follow dance routines and a Ho Down throw down to finish with a smile on your face and a spring in your step! Yeeha!
230PM DANCE BLAST - A cardio dance class – just follow the moves, listen to the tunes and have a great time.
330PM YOGA FLOW - Stretch, tone and relax - The perfect way to finish our day and to set the tone for a relaxed Saturday evening.
